Enable location services on your device

iOS Location Settings:

1. Tap Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Tile app and tap.
3. Tap Location.
4. Select Always.
5. Enable Precise Location*.

*Optional but recommended so that Tile can obtain a more accurate location

Android Location Settings:

Note: Each Android device may vary -- for example, Samsung vs Nexus -- so if you're unable to find your Location Services settings, refer to your device manufacturer's support site.

1. Tap Settings.
2. If you don’t see Location, Location Services, or Location Access, use the Search tool within your device.
3. Tap Location, Location Services, or Location Access (varies by device).
4. For Samsung devices, tap App permissions.
5. Tap the Tile app.
6. Select Allow all the time.
7. Toggle on Use precise location.
