Did my order go through?

Orders are processed as soon as they’re placed!

You should receive an order confirmation email from us within an hour after you’ve finished your purchase. If you haven’t gotten that confirmation email, contact us!

What does "Processing" mean when I check my order status?

After you place your order, it will take 1-3 business days to process your order. After that it will be shipped out and you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Did my order ship?

After your order is placed, you should receive a shipping confirmation email within 1-3 business days, including tracking information. You can also check your Order Status here!

If you did not receive your order within the estimated shipping window, please contact us!

 *In the case of exceptionally high demand, delayed order and/or shipping confirmations, and in a small number of cases, missing or outdated tracking information, may occur.
