If you placed your order within the past two hours: Chat with us and we will do our best to cancel your order.
If your order was placed more than two hours ago: Since our orders are processed as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel orders placed more than 2 hours ago. We still have a solution though!
- Contact us to receive a return RMA number
- Once you receive your package, simply write your RMA number and name on the box
- Also, write “Return to Sender” on the unopened package and send back to the post office
- Once we receive the package back at our warehouse, you will receive a full refund
