You can request to reset your password on the login screen of your app!
If you’ve requested a password reset email, but the email hasn’t shown up in your inbox there are a few things you can do to look for it:
- First, check your Junk/Spam folder.
- Search for: “email@example.com” in your inbox.
- Add thetileapp.com to your email’s list of “safe senders.”
If you’ve just now added thetileapp.com to your “safe senders” list, please use the “forgot password” option again.
If none of these things were able to surface the email, please let us know via email!
