Registration / Confirmation email / Password Reset

Missing your registration confirmation or password reset email? 

Due to a high number of account activations or password reset requests during the Christmas Holiday, there may be a delay in receiving your confirmation email. If you have not received your email within 30 minutes of requesting it, please contact our care team and we will assist you shortly. 

 

Android Users: We have discovered an issue that is preventing users from logging in on Android. The email address field is case sensitive; as a result you must type your email address exactly as when you registered. We will be fixing this issue soon. In the meantime please be cognizant of your Caps Lock key.

 

Register Your Account

To complete your Tile account activation for the Tile app, you will be sent an email to confirm your email address.  Once you have verified your email address, you're ready to start Tiling!

 

 

 

Password reset

If you have requested your password and have not yet received the email, please review the following steps:

Check your Junk/Spam folder

Do a search for "registration@thetileapp.com" in your inbox
Sometimes, emails will be filtered into an unintended folder.

Add the thetileapp.com domain to your email's list of "Safe Senders"
In an effort to prevent/reduce unwanted emails, some email services will recommend that you add trusted senders to a list, to ensure that you only get the mail you want.

If you have just added our domain, thetileapp.com, to your "Safe Sender" list, please use the "forgot password" option again.
