If you run into any issues after updating to the latest OS, the Bluetooth on your device may need some refreshing. Please refer to the short steps below to refresh your Bluetooth connection, or watch the video below:
- Turn off Bluetooth on your device
- Sign out of the Tile app.
- Wait 60 seconds before turning Bluetooth back on
- Sign into the Tile app
