1. I live in a country that Tile doesn't ship to, but I want to buy Tile. What are my options?
Thank you so much for sticking with Tile. We love your persistence! We're happy to share a couple of other options to get your hands on some Tiles:
A. We can ship your Tiles at a different address
We currently ship all around the world, so if you are visiting one of the countries we currently ship to in the near future, or have a second address, we can have your order shipped to the new address for you to pick up there.
We're currently partnered with AmazonGlobal, which means if you purchase from Amazon's U.S. site, Amazon.com, we can ship over 75 global locations outside the U.S!
To check to see if Tile ships to your country, visit Amazon.com, add Tile to your cart, and input your address. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary.
2. I already own a Tile but live in a country that Tile doesn't ship to, how do I get a replacement?
Tiles are guaranteed to last a year, and even though we can no longer ship to the countries listed above we still want to make it right for you. Contact us here and let us know your situation. Please include if you are able to pick up a package at another location we currently ship to.
