  1. I can’t make it to any of the times offered. Can I reschedule?


    At the moment, we are limited to the times available. We will do our best to get to each person interested. If we decide to schedule more calls, you'll be the first to know!

  2. How do I join the call?
    If you entered your contact information, we'll call you. Keep your phone by you around the time you suggested. We'll try to get to everyone who opted in to chat. 

  3. How do I know if I was selected to join the call? 

    We will call you from a phone number starting with area code "+1 650" within the half-hour time(s) you selected.  So, keep an eye out for an call from the Tile Team!

    Please note, the number we will call you from is NOT our support line. If you have questions about your Tile, please use the chat option at the bottom of your screen. 

  4. I have a different question about something other than the survey. How can I reach you?

    Chat: We offer live online chat support 7 days a week from 8:30am-5:30pm (PST)! Just click on the chat box in the lower right hand corner during chat hours.
