Which Tiles are covered by the extended warranty?

I have a monthly subscription, do I still get an extended warranty?
Yes. However, you will need to have an active Premium subscription at the time of the request to use the extended warranty.
If I sign up for Tile Premium this year and have no plan of renewing next year, am I still entitled to the 3-year warranty?

I think I need a warranty for my Tile, how do I contact you?
As a Tile Premium member, you also have access to an exclusive text help line staffed by our Care team.
