Signing Up for My Orders
You must be 16 years of age or older to sign up and 18 years of age or older to place an order on our website. Minors require parent/guardian approval for either registration or purchase. We invite you to read our terms of sale for further information.
Difference Between My Orders account and Tile Account
My Orders and your Tile Account are two separate accounts.Tile has partnered with Scalefast to provide a seamless checkout experience for UK and EU customers.
With your Scalefast login credentials, you will be able to:
- place an order through the Tile website.
- view your order history.
- view, add or modify your shipping and billing address.
- vew, add or modify your saved payment methods.
With your Tile login credentials, you will be able to:
- login to your Tile account through the app.
- subscribe to Tile Premium.
- perform Tile functions such as Ring My Tile, Find My Phone with Tile, and Find Tile on the Map.
If you have questions about your Tile account, use the Search box at the top of this page to find the answer to your question. For example, if you wish to upgrade your Tile subscription, type "Upgrade" in the search box, then press Enter.
Providing personal information to sign up for My Orders
To create a login to My Orders, you are required to provide your name and email address.

If you are experiencing trouble creating a login for My Orders, please refresh your page and try again, or try again at a later time. You may also switch to another Internet browser and verify there is no specific software on your computer preventing our website from running properly. If you're still having trouble, submit a ticket so we can assist you.
Resetting my password via My Orders
If you have forgotten your password for My Orders:
- Select My Orders at the top right corner of the Tile webpage.
- On the Sign In page, select Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address, then select Retrieve Password.
- Follow the steps in the Password Reset email to change your password.
Change my personal information in My Orders
You can change your personal information in My Orders at any time. For orders that you have already placed, you cannot change order information.
Delete My Information in My Orders
If you wish to delete your information in My Orders, submit a ticket so we can assist you.
Note: We will retain the proof of transactions you have made on our site.
Update My Shipping Address
You may change your shipping address at any time by logging in to My Orders and selecting Shipping Address. For orders which you have already placed, you cannot change order information.
