Change your account password from within the app 

1. On the home screen of the Tile app, Tap on Settings. (Gear Icon at the top right corner).
2. Tap on Manage Account.

3. Tap on Password, then follow the prompts.

If you are not signed into your Tile account: 

1. On the Tile app login page, Tap on Sign In. 
2. From the Sign in page, Tap on Forgot Password.
3. Enter Email address, then Tap on Send. 
4. Follow the instructions sent to your email address to reset your password. 

This resets all Tile mobile app logins regardless of your country and Tile website logins for all countries except for the UK and EU. 

Passwords are case-sensitive and must include one letter, one number, and be at least 8 characters long.

Reset your password from within the Tile website 

For Members In All Countries Except UK and EU) 

1. Click on Log In/Sign Up.
2. Click on Forgot Your Password? 
3. Enter the Email Address associated with your Tile account.
4. Click on Reset Your Password.

For UK and EU Members Only

To change your Tile account password, follow the steps above in Change your account password from within the app. This can only be done through the Tile mobile app.

Note: When trying to access the Tile website (www.tile.com) it will be redirected to the Scalefast website thus only changing the password for your Scalefast account. 

ScaleFast My Orders and your Tile Account are two separate accounts. Tile has partnered with Scalefast to provide a seamless checkout experience for UK and EU members.

If you requested a password reset but did not receive an email

Try the following:

• Check your Junk/Spam folder.
• Search for "registration@tile.com" in your inbox.
• Add the “tile.com ” domain to your email's list of "Safe Senders.” 
  • If you just added our domain “tile.com ” to your Safe Sender list, use the Forgot Password option again.

Emails can take 5 to 10 minutes to be delivered. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes of completing the above, contact us by tapping on the Chat with Us button below.
