Change shipping address after placing an order

We try to process your order request as soon as possible. Select the Chat with Us button on this page and follow the prompts to work with an agent to change your shipping address before your package ships.

Frequently, in the case of a minor typo, the post office can catch it and re-route your order to the correct address.

View and/or update your shipping address on the Tile website

1. Log in to your account on the Tile website.
2. In the Account Overview page, you can view the current shipping address under Shipping Address. 
3. To update the shipping address, select Edit. 
4. Enter the new shipping address.
5. Select Update Address to save.
