Order processing time
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us within an hour of your purchase. Express orders are shipped the next business day and standard orders typically ship within 2 business days after purchase.
Once your order ships
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. You can sign up for text alerts which notify you the day before your package arrives and on the day it's delivered.
Receiving your Tile Order
For Australia customers, a signature is required when receiving your Tile order. This is required for both new orders and warranty replacement Tiles.
