You can cancel your order if we have not processed it yet. We do try to process orders as quickly as possible, so if you decide to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.
To cancel your order
- Select the Chat with Us button on this screen.
- Follow the prompts to be connected with an agent.
If we have not processed your order
We will cancel your order and issue a refund.
If we have already processed your order
Once you contact us about your request to cancel your order, we will send you an assigned return number for your order. When you receive the package containing the Tile(s) you wish to return, write your assigned return number as well as "Return to Sender" on the package. Please return the package via the Post Office (U.S. Postal Service). After we receive the package at our warehouse, we will issue a refund.
