Change your account password from within the app
- On the home screen of the Tile app, Tap on Settings. (Gear Icon at the top right corner).
- Tap on Manage Account.
- Tap on Password, then follow the prompts.
If you are not signed into your Tile account:
- On the Tile app login page, Tap on Sign In.
- From the Sign in page, Tap on Forgot Password.
- Enter Email address, then Tap on Send.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email address to reset your password.
Passwords are case-sensitive and must include one letter, one number, and be at least 8 characters long.
Reset your password from within the Tile website
- Click on Log In/Sign Up.
- Click on Forgot Your Password?
- Enter the Email Address associated with your Tile account.
- Click on Reset Your Password.
If you requested a password reset but did not receive an email
Try the following:
- Check your Junk/Spam folder.
- Search for "registration@tile.com" in your inbox.
- Add the “tile.com ” domain to your email's list of "Safe Senders.”
- If you just added our domain “tile.com ” to your Safe Sender list, use the Forgot Password option again.
Emails can take 5 to 10 minutes to be delivered. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes of completing the above, contact us by tapping on the Chat with Us button below.
