What's a Jiokey? 

The Jiokey is our solution to securely locking and unlocking the strap clip accessory. It is included with your Jiobit order at no additional cost. 

Attach the Strap Clip Accessory

1. Connect the Strap Clip to the Jiobit Smart Tag at an angle and press to click it into place.
2. Insert the strap between the Strap Clip and the Jiobit Smart Tag.
3. Make sure the strap fully clears the bottom lip of the Strap Clip.
4. Press the bottom of the Strap Clip into the back of the device until you hear a solid click.

Remove the Strap Clip using JioKey

1. Insert the JioKey at the base of the Strap Clip.
2. Turn the JioKey in any direction to unlock the Strap Clip from the base of the Jiobit.
3. Slide the strap out from between the Strap Clip and the Jiobit.
4. Holding the Jiobit in one hand and the Strap Clip in the other, Turn (don't pull) the Strap Clip counter or clockwise to detach it from the Jiobit.

Remove Strap Clip without a JioKey

If you don’t have the JioKey, you can use a screwdriver.

If you don’t have either the JioKey or a screwdriver gently pull the clip from the lock at the bottom of the Jiobit while moving it from left to right until the strap is detached from the Jiobit.
