Change shipping address after placing an order
We try to process your order request as soon as possible. Select the Chat with Us button on this screen and follow the prompts to work with an agent to change your shipping address before your package ships.
Frequently, in the case of a minor typo, the post office can catch it and re-route your order to the correct address.
Check or update the shipping address connected to your account
To view and/or update your shipping address on the Tile website:
- Log in to your account at www.thetileapp.com.
- Under Account Overview > Shipping, view your shipping address.
- If you wish to update the address, select the Edit link.
- Enter the new shipping address.
- Select the Save Account button.
If you are a Premium or Premium Protect subscriber, you can also view and/or update your shipping address on the Tile app:
- On the home screen of the Tile app, tap Settings at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Shipping Information.
- If you wish to update the address, enter the new shipping address.
- Tap Save.
