New Members

1. Visit the Tile website. 
2. Select the Tiles you want to order and the Tile Service Plan, then tap on Add to Cart.
3. In the Virtual Cart, tap on Proceed to Checkout.
4. To complete your order, tap on Proceed to Checkout.
5. In Express Checkout, select one of the payment methods:
   • Apple Pay
     1. Tap on Apple Pay. 
     2. Confirm your credit card details in your Apple ID. 
     3. (Using a Mac Computer):Complete your Purchase by verifying your identity using Touch ID. 
     4. (Using an iPhone or iPad): Complete your purchase by double-pressing the side button. 
   • Google Pay
     1. Tap on G Pay. 
     2. A pop-up with your Google information will appear. 
     3. Confirm or update your shipping details, then tap on Continue.
     4. Confirm or update your credit card details.
     5. Select Pay to complete your order. 
   • PayPal
     1. Tap on PayPal.
     2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website and prompted to Login.
     3. Select your payment method.
     4. Tap on Continue to Review Order to confirm shipping information. You will be redirected back to the Tile website to complete your purchase.
     5. Tap on Complete Order.
6. If you do not want to use any of the payment methods listed above, enter your email address and tap on Continue as Guest.
   1. Enter shipping details and phone number. 
   2. Tap on Continue to Delivery.
   3. Select your Delivery Method. (Standard or Expedited Shipping).
   4. Tap on Continue to Payment.
   5. Enter credit card/debit card details.
   6. Tap on Review Order to view the Hardware and + Premium Agreement.
   7. Tap on Complete Order.

Note: If you are a new member and you use Express Checkout as the payment method AND add a Premium subscription to your order, you will need to create a Tile account using the same email address linked to your Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal account. 

If you use an email address different from what was used during your purchase, your Premium subscription will not be linked. 

Existing Members

1. Visit the Tile website. 
2. Select the Tiles you want to order and the Tile Service Plan, then tap on Add to Cart.
3. In the Virtual Cart, tap on Proceed to Checkout.
4. In “Already Have an Account?,” enter your email address and password associated with your account, then tap on Sign In.
5. Select Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal as your payment method. Follow the steps above in #5a, #5b or #5c to complete your purchase. 
   1. If you do not want to use any of the payment methods listed above, tap on Proceed to Checkout.
6. Enter your shipping information, and tap Continue to Delivery.
7. Select the Delivery Method, and tap on Continue to Payment.
8. Enter your payment information, and tap on Review Order.
9. Tap on Complete Order.

Applying a Promo/Discount Coupon Code

On the Checkout page, enter the promo code in the “Have a Code?” box, then tap on Apply.
