We want our customers to get their Tiles as quickly as possible, so there is a very small window of time to cancel or change an order before it’s shipped.
If the order has not yet been processed, our Customer Care team will be happy to check if your order can be canceled.
To cancel your order
- At the bottom of this page, select Chat with Us or Contact Us.
- Follow the prompts to be connected with an agent.
If we have not processed your order
We will cancel your order and issue a refund, if your payment was already processed.
If we have already processed your order
We can process a return order for you if the order is returned unopened within 30 days. Our Customer Care team will provide a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how to return your Tile order.
