Tiles are associated with your account, not a specific device. As long as you are logged in to your Tile account, you'll be able to use your Tiles from your new smartphone or tablet.
Use your Tiles on your new device
- Download the Tile app on your new device.
- Tap Sign In.
- Enter your Tile account credentials.
- If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password to receive an email from us.
If you no longer want to access your Tiles from your old device, log out of the Tile app and/or delete the app on that device.
Remove your old device from your Tile app
- In the Tile app, select your old device.
- Scroll down to and select More Options.
- At the bottom, tap Remove Phone.
You will no longer be able to ring this device from your Tile. This device will also no longer receive location updates from your Tiles. To add this device back to your account, sign in to your Tile account on this device.
To transfer your Tile to a different account, follow the transfer instructions.
