Premium and Premium Protect subscription
Premium has two subscription options. You can sign up for a monthly subscription for $2.99 per month or opt in to our yearly subscription for $29.99 per year which is a 16% savings.
Premium Protect offers all the benefits of Premium, plus up to $1000 Item Reimbursement per year for your items if Tile can’t find them. Your price is just $99.99 yearly.

Try Premium or Premium Protect for free
All new subscribers can sign up for a 30-day trial period of Premium or Premium Protect and register items for reimbursement. Once the free trial is over, you will be charged for your subscription.

Upgrade from Premium to Premium Protect
Premium users can upgrade directly in the Tile App.
Manage your subscription
You can make Premium or Premium Protect account changes such as update your payment method, upgrade or downgrade your subscription, or cancel your subscription.
Item Reimbursement
If Tile can’t find your things within a week, we reimburse you.
Tile Premium offers Item Reimbursement of up to $100 per year for your registered items if Tile can’t find them. Learn how to add this feature to your current subscription account.
Premium Protect increases Item Reimbursement up to $1000 per year for your registered items.

Register your eligible Tiled items for Item Reimbursement
- In the Tile app, select the Tile to register.
- Scroll down and select Item Reimbursement.
- Upload a photo, if required, clearly showing the Tile attached to the item (for example, your Tile attached to your keys, your Tile on your bike, etc.).
- Repeat until all items are registered.
Note: Unregistered items will not be reimbursed. Item Reimbursement and Premium Protect are only available for customers in the U.S. at this time.
Waiting period before submitting an Item Reimbursement claim
Once subscribed, there is a 30-day waiting period before you can submit a claim. For new subscribers, the 30-day free trial counts as the 30-day waiting period.

Register for $100 Item Reimbursement if you are a current Premium subscriber
Premium subscribers in the U.S. will receive information from Tile in Spring 2022 on how to easily opt in to this feature yourself.
If you would like to add $100 Item Reimbursement to your plan now, contact Premium Customer Care and we can assist with adding this benefit to your account.
For Premium subscribers outside of the U.S., Item Reimbursement is not yet available. However, we are working to expand this feature. Check back later for more information.
Worry-Free Warranty for current Premium subscribers
All current subscribers (Premium and Premium Protect) are now covered by the Worry-Free Warranty. You do not need to do anything to receive this global benefit.
Using Tile without a subscription
Tile will help you find your lost items whether nearby and far away without a subscription. However, we highly recommend subscribing to Premium or Premium Protect to take advantage of all Tile has to offer to help you find your items.
