Deleting your Jiobit data will cause an interruption of service. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to track your Jiobit. You must cancel your membership before you request a complete deletion of your account and data.
To delete your account:
- Open the Jiobit app.
- Tap on the Menu icon in the upper left corner.
- Tap on Account.
- Tap on Delete my Account.
- Once the account is deleted, you can go into the app and tap Delete Account and Data.
If you requested a complete account and data deletion in error, contact Customer Support.
Data that is deleted:
- Member account information, including:
- Personal information and authentication data, (including email, phone number, name, application metadata, and location information.)
- Information about created Trusted Places.
- Information about invited Care Team members (if Care Team members did not request an account deletion, their account information will persist.)
- Information about activated Jiobit devices (including device profile, location data, and notification history.)
- Member subscription information (including shipping and billing addresses, customer contact, and payment information.)
- This information could be retained up to 30 days after the deletion request.
- Application and device usage statistics and analytics information.
- This information could be retained up to 30 days after the deletion request.
