If your pet is missing and wearing their Jiobit, the last location showing in the app is the most current location the device has registered.
To see the current location of the device you will need to open the app to the home screen(if you have multiple devices scroll to the device you are looking for).
Using your most current location we encourage you to turn on your Bluetooth on in your phone settings to establish connection to your device. Bluetooth will connect if you are within 30ft of the device. Once you are able to connect, you will be able to ring your device and find your lost pet.
If the App has not refreshed for 15+ minutes the following are likely the issues:
- Obstructed - signal is unable to reach the Jiobit
- Damaged - signal is unable to be established
