Ring Your Tile using any Device logged into your account
To ring your Tile from different devices:
- Login to your Tile account from an alternate mobile device.
- You can also login to the account that the Tile is shared with.
- Ensure you are within Bluetooth range with the mobile device and attempt to connect.
Remember, a Tile can only be connected to one device at a time. If you are within range of your Tile and your device is not connecting, it may be because it established a connection with your other device that was signed in to your Tile account first.
If you are not signed in to the same account on both devices, you can still ring your Tile by sharing it with the other account.
