If the Tile app is missing from your phone and you cannot download it again, the app has not been permanently deleted; the shortcut has likely been removed. To add the shortcut back to your device, follow the instructions below.

iOS Devices

1. On your phone’s Home Screen, swipe left for the App Library to appear.
2. On the App Library’s search bar, type Tile.
3. When you see the Tile app icon, long-press on the icon and drag it out to place it on your phone’s Home Screen. 

Android Devices

1. On your phone’s Home Screen, swipe left for the App Library to appear.
2. On the App Library’s search bar, type Tile.
3. When you see the Tile app icon, long-press on the icon and drag it out to place it on your phone’s Home Screen.
