The Find My Phone feature in the Tile app allows you to ring your phone by double-pressing the button on your Tile. To use this feature:
- You must have an activated Tile device on your account. This feature will not work with Tile Lost and Found Labels.
- Make sure your phone is within Bluetooth range of your Tile.
- (iOS only) Make sure that the Tile app is running in the background.
- If your Tile is connected to the Life360 app, its Press Action must be set to Ring my phone.
- If the Press Action is set to Discreet SOS Alert (2024 models only), the Ring Your Phone feature will not work.
Ring Your Phone with a Tile
- Double-press the Tile button on the Tile.
- Listen for your phone to ring.
- It will ring even in silent mode.
Stop the Ring
- Tap on the notification.
- (Android only) Tap on Found it.
You can also:
- Press the phone’s power button.
- Press the phone’s volume up or down button.
- Open the Life360 app.
Ring Your Phone with Another Phone
The Tile app must be installed on both phones.
To ring your phone using another phone, the Tile app must be installed on both phones. The device you want to locate must be logged in using the same Tile Account or shared with you. If it is within range, it will connect within 2 minutes.
- Open the Tile app.
- Tap on the device you want to locate.
- Tap on Find.
Stop the Ring
- Tap on the notification.
- (Android only) Tap on Found it.
You can also:
- Press the phone’s power button.
- Press the phone’s volume up or down button.
- Open the Life360 app.
