The Jiobit’s in-app location is usually represented by a blue location radius and an icon that symbolizes how the Jiobit is connected to a signal. 

When the Jiobit is away from you, the app will use smart tracking to update location details every 15 minutes. During this time TRACKING mode will be displayed in the app to see where the last location report was generated. 

If you want to know exactly where the Jiobit is when it has left a Trusted Place or has been disconnected from its Care Team, access Live Mode to view real-time location updates. 

Note: Live Mode is not available when the Jiobit is connected to a Care Team member via Bluetooth, or when it’s within a Trusted Place. To test out the feature, make sure you disconnect from Bluetooth and that the Jiobit has left its Trusted Place.
