After signing up for your Jiobit account, pair it by placing your Jiobit into its charging dock. Push down until you hear it click, then follow the prompts on the screen.

When the Jiobit app connects to the Jiobit, it will turn solid orange. If you are setting up multiple devices, each one will illuminate once the process has been completed. This allows you to identify the correct device. 

Having trouble pairing your device?

• Check that your phone’s Bluetooth is “on” and set to “allow” for the Jiobit app.
• If your Jiobit's SN starts with a one (1) it is a first-generation Jiobit and is no longer supported due to the 3g network shutdown.
