Enable Bluetooth for Tile on an iOS device

For OS-level permissions:

1. On your device's home screen, tap on Settings.
2. Scroll down and select Bluetooth.
3. Toggle Bluetooth to On.

For App-level permissions:

1. On your device's home screen, tap on Settings.
2. Scroll down to and select Privacy.
3. Select Bluetooth.
4. Scroll down to Tile, then toggle Bluetooth to On.

Enable Bluetooth on an Android device

Each Android device may vary (e.g., Samsung vs.Google Pixel/XL One). If you're unable to find your Bluetooth settings, refer to your device manufacturer's support site.

General Android Bluetooth settings

1. Go to Settings. 
2. Tap on Apps.
3. Scroll down and Tap on the Tile app.
4. Tap on Permissions.
5. In the App permissions page, tap on Location. 
6. Select Allow all the time.
7. Toggle Use Precise location to On.
