Enable location services on your device

iOS Location Settings:

1. Tap on Settings.
2. Scroll down to the Tile app.
3. Tap on Location.
4. Select Always.
5. Enable Precise Location*.

*This is optional but recommended so that Tile can obtain a more accurate location.

Android Location Settings

Samsung

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap on Location.
3. Tap on App permissions.
4. Scroll down and tap on the Tile app.
5. Select Allow all the time.
6. Toggle Use Precise location to On.

Other Android Devices 

Each Android device may vary. (e.g., Samsung vs. Google Pixel/XL One)

1. Go to Settings. 
2. Tap on Apps.
3. Scroll down and Tap on the Tile app.
4. Tap on Permissions.
5. In the App permissions page, Tap on Location. 
6. Select Allow all the time.
7. Toggle Use Precise location to On. 

Alternatively, if you don’t see Location, Location Services, or Location Access, use the Search tool within your device. If you're unable to find your Location Services settings, refer to your device manufacturer's support site.

You may also need to check that your other permission settings are correctly set up to use Tile optimally.
