Support for Facebook Login is removed for both iOS (Apple) starting with Tile app v2.64 and Android users starting with Tile app v2.116. To continue using the Tile app without interruption, you need to set a password for your account.
Set a password for your account
iOS and Android
- Open the Tile app. If you are logged into your Tile account, make sure you sign out.
- On the welcome screen, tap Sign In at the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Tap the Used to use Facebook? button.
- Type the email address you use to log in to Facebook.
- Tap Send to receive a link to set a new password
If you get a prompt asking you to set a password
Moving forward, you will need to have a password associated with your Tile account to log in to Tile.
- In the notification, tap Create a Password.
- Type your new password, then tap Save.
- Passwords are case-sensitive and must include one letter, one number, and be at least 8 characters long.
- The password is successfully changed when you see the notification “You’re all set” in the app.
Note: Next time you sign into Tile, use your email and password. You’ll stay logged in on your other devices.
If you did not receive a link to set a new password
Please check to make sure the email was not incorrectly sent to the Spam/Junk folder in your Inbox. If you’ve changed your Facebook email since you signed up for Tile, please try the previous email address you used.
