This notification appears on your Tile app homepage when a Tile that is registered for Item Reimbursement has not had a location update in 60 days.
- In the Tile app, select the Tile registered for Item Reimbursement.
- Scroll down to and select Item Reimbursement (A notification will appear advising that your policy has been canceled due to no updates).
Tile Not Connecting
If your Tile is not connecting, perform these troubleshooting steps.
Once your Tile is connected, your Item Reimbursement policy will be reinstated and the “Tile Needs Your Attention” notification will be removed within 24 hours.
