To use your Tile in the Life360 app, you must link your Tile and Life360 accounts.
My Tile account is linked, but I can’t see my Tiles
Your Tile account will link to Life360 right away, however, information updated in the Tile app can take 15 minutes or more to show up in the Life360 app. This time can vary depending on when Life360 fetches the information from the Tile app.
Note: Tiles must be activated to show in the Life360 app.
If you are still unable to see your Tiles on your Life360 map after at least 15 minutes, ensure that Bluetooth is enabled.
iOS
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down to and select Life360.
- Set Bluetooth to On.
Android
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on Apps.
- Scroll down to and select Life360.
- Tap on Permissions.
- Tap on Bluetooth.
- Tap on Allow.
If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall both the Life360 and Tile app then attempt to link your Tile account to Life360 account again.
I cannot hear my Tile
Use the Tile Detector to find Tiles that may be hiding in hard-to-see or hear places, such as under a pile of clothes, in between couch cushions, or in loud airports.
- If you still cannot hear your Tile, the battery may be low.
I cannot ring my phone
If you cannot ring your phone with your Tile device:
- Ensure that the Press Action is set to Ring my phone.
- Check the connection or battery.
My Tile isn’t connecting
